Steps on How to Integrate the Prosperna Chatbot to Your Website

1. Log in to the Chatbot Platform.

2. Create a New Bot.

Click on “Create New Bot” either from the left side of the dashboard or the blue box displayed.
 

 

a.) Select Ecommerce Chatbot.


b.) Choose Web Platform.

A notification will confirm the successful creation of your bot, and you’ll be redirected to the bot editing interface.

3. Customize the Chatbot Flow.

The chatbot editing interface consists of three sections:

  • Component Section (Left Side)

  • Chat Flow (Middle)

  • Bot Messages (Right Side)

 a.) Start by customizing the bot messages. For instance:

 

 

  •  Add Name as the first input from the client.

  • Follow by adding Phone Number and Email Address fields (Customize the chatbot to collect vital information like client names, phone numbers, and emails for marketing or lead generation purposes.)

  • Set the Phone Number Country Code to ensure proper formatting.

 

b.) Add Trigger Action.

 

  • To enable real-time communication, add a Live Chat Trigger so you can chat directly with clients.

  • For example, set a message such as “Welcome to Prosperna Live Chat” when a user inputs their email address.

  • Complete the chatbot flow by setting the final component to End the Chat.

4. Install the Chatbot on Your Website.

Once the chatbot is set up, click the back arrow to access the installation options.

Choose the Website Platform option and select Custom Built.

Copy the generated Chatbot Script Code.


4. Embed the Chatbot Script on Your Prosperna Website.

Go to your Prosperna account, navigate to Settings > Store > Scripts and Analytics (Adding Scripts and Analytics).

Paste the copied chatbot script into the designated area and save the changes.

Result: You have successfully integrated the Prosperna Chatbot to your website.



Verify Chatbot Installation

  • Preview your website to ensure the chatbot appears. The chat icon should be visible on the website.

  • Test the chatbot’s workflow to verify that it responds according to the custom flow you’ve set up.

Customize and Explore Further

  • You can further personalize your chatbot by adjusting the Theme, Content, and Layout to match your preferences.

  • Explore different customization options to tailor the chatbot to your specific needs.
