Connecting Prosperna to Other MCP Apps

Prosperna can also be used with other applications that support MCP.

For example, you can connect Prosperna and Zoho to the same AI client.

A workflow could look like this:

Prosperna MCP → AI Client → Zoho MCP

For example, Claude can:

  1. Read order information from your Prosperna store through Prosperna's MCP server.

  2. Process or use that information during the conversation.

  3. Write the relevant information into Zoho through Zoho's own MCP server.

The AI client acts as the connection point between the services.

This means you can build workflows using Prosperna together with other MCP-compatible services, including applications that allow a custom MCP server URL.

Manage Your Connected Apps

You can view your connected applications from:

AI Studio > MCP

Your connected apps are listed on the same page.

To remove an application's access to your store, click Disconnect.

Once disconnected, the application can no longer access your Prosperna store through that connection.

Security and Access

Prosperna is designed so that:

  • Each connection only has access to the store that approved it.

  • You choose whether to approve the connection.

  • Access can be removed by disconnecting the application.

  • Prosperna can pause the MCP feature across stores from the admin panel when necessary.

Important

  • Only connect AI applications and services that you trust.

  • Review the requested access before clicking Approve.

  • Do not give your Prosperna password directly to an AI application. Use the official Prosperna sign-in and authorization flow.

  • Review AI-generated content or actions before publishing or using them in your business processes.
