Feature Availability: MaxAI Footer Generation is available through the Max Builder for merchants using the MaxAI storefront experience.
MaxAI Footer Generation helps merchants quickly create a website footer using their store information. Instead of building a footer from scratch, MaxAI can generate a new footer layout that can be reviewed, customized, and published directly from Max Builder.
The generated footer may include store information, navigation links, contact details, and other relevant footer elements based on your store details.

Creating and updating a website footer manually can take time. With MaxAI Footer Generation, you can:

Review the footer before publishing

Requirements
You must have access to Max Builder.
Your store information should be available in your Prosperna account.
You must have available AI credits to generate the footer.
You should review the generated footer before publishing.
Summary
Open Max Builder.
Click Edit Menu and Footer.
Ask MaxAI to create a footer for your store.
Confirm the AI credit usage.
Review the generated footer.
Request additional changes if needed.
Publish the footer.
Steps to Generate Your Footer Using MaxAI
1. Open Max Builder.
Go to your store's Max Builder.
2. Click Edit Menu and Footer.
Open the Menu and Footer editor to manage your MaxAI menu and footer.
3. Ask MaxAI to create a footer.
In the MaxAI chat, ask Max to create a footer for your store.
MaxAI will generate the footer using the information available about your store.
4. Confirm the AI credit usage.
Generating a footer uses 1 AI credit. MaxAI will ask you to confirm before generating the footer.
5. Review the generated footer.
Once the footer is generated, review it in the preview to make sure the layout and information are correct.
6. Request additional changes if needed.
You can ask MaxAI to make changes to the generated footer, such as updating the content, adding links, or adjusting the layout.
You can also make changes directly in the Menu and Footer editor.
7. Publish your footer.
Once you are satisfied with the generated footer, click Publish.
The new MaxAI footer will then appear on your storefront.
Important Notes
Your existing footer will not automatically carry over.
The MaxAI footer is created fresh using your store information. Custom text, links, or other content from your existing footer will not automatically be transferred.
If you have custom content in your previous footer, you can add it again after generating the new footer by:
Editing the footer in Menu and Footer, or
Asking MaxAI to add the content for you.
What happens to your old footer?
If your store already has an existing footer, the new MaxAI footer can be published from Max Builder without first unpublishing the old footer.
Once the MaxAI footer is published, it will be used on your storefront. You may then unpublish the old footer from the Template Library if you no longer need it.
The old footer remains available in the Template Library as an unpublished template and can be republished if needed.
For older accounts
Older Prosperna accounts may still have access to the Menu Builder. This is part of the older menu system and is separate from the MaxAI Menu and Footer editor.
The MaxAI menu and footer are managed through Max Builder and are saved as templates in the Template Library once published.
Result
Your store will have a newly generated MaxAI footer based on your store information.
You can continue customizing the footer through Max Builder or ask MaxAI to make additional changes.
