Feature Availability: Version History is available for merchants using MaxAI Builder with Website Builder access.
Version History allows merchants to view and restore previous versions of their website page changes. Each time you update your page using MaxAI Builder, a new version is created. This allows you to review previous designs and restore an earlier version when needed.
With Version History, you can:
View previous page versions
Restore an earlier version of your page
Continue editing after restoring a version
Why is it important?
Website updates may require multiple revisions before reaching your preferred design.
Version History helps you:
Easily recover previous page designs
Review changes made over time
Safely experiment with new website updates
Restore an earlier version without rebuilding your page from scratch
Requirements:
You must have access to MaxAI Builder.
Your page must have at least one saved version.
You must be logged in to your Prosperna Admin Dashboard.
You must be using Website Builder outside the onboarding flow.
Summary:
Open Version History.
Review available website versions.
Select the version you want to restore.
Confirm the restore action.
Continue editing or publish your restored version.
Steps to Restore a Previous Website Version Using MaxAI Builder
1. Log in to your Prosperna Admin Dashboard.
2. Go to Website Builder.
3. Open the page you want to restore.
4. Open the Version History option.
5. Review the available saved versions.
NOTE: The current version will be marked as Active.
6. Select the previous version you want to restore.
7. Review the selected version in the preview window.
8. Confirm the restore action.
9. Continue making edits using MaxAI Builder if needed.
10. Click Publish when you are ready to make the restored version live.
Result
Your selected previous website version will be restored and loaded into the preview.
You can continue customizing the restored version or publish it to update your live storefront.
