How to Filter Orders
Summary
- Go to Orders
- Click on Filter by Status
- Select Status to Segment
Filtering orders by status allows the merchant to prioritize which orders to process based on urgency.
For example, the merchant can see which orders are pending pickup from the logistics partner so they can be contacted to fulfill the order.
Steps to Filter Orders
1. Go to Orders

2. Click on Filter by Status

3. Select Status to Segment
