The checkout process is the steps that your customers go through after they make the decision to purchase products from your store.
Apart from uploading your products correctly, there are features you need to manage to ensure that the checkout proces go smoothly.
Steps to Configure the Checkout Process
1. Activate Payment Integrations (myPay)
Go to Settings
Select Payments
Payment Methods - Select a tab to view options
Toggle to switch on payment method (complete required setup for each - if applicable)
Save to update changes.
2. Configure Prosperna Shipping
Go to Settings
Select Shipping
Shipping Methods - Select a tab to view options
Toggle to switch on shipping method (complete required setup for each - if applicable)
Save to update changes.
3. Setup Order Settings
Enable Order Options
Activate Guest Checkout
Change Customer Mail Template
