About the Order Notification Bell

Are you having trouble with your notification bell? Google Chrome has a browser autoplay policy to improve the user experience, minimize incentives to install ad blockers and reduce data consumption.

Follow the instructions below to fix it.

Login to your admin dashboard

Step 1

Click the lock icon beside your website URL. Make sure that sound is enabled then click Site Settings.


Step 2

You will be redirected to this page. Look for Sound then change the default setting to Allow.

Your muted order notification bell should now work.
