About Other Payment Options
- To activate this go to Settings
- Click on Payments
- Select Others Tab
- Choose your preferred payment method.
Note: To integrate the payment options available on Other, you need to create an account with the Payment option provider you prefer to use. When one of these is activated, make sure that the details (API Key, Secret Key or Client ID) you put are correct since payment will be forwarded to that account.
Steps to activate other payment options
1. To activate this go to Settings
2. Click on Payments
3. Select Others Tab
4. Choose your preferred payment method.
Just click the toggle to activate/deactivate an option
Reminder: When you activate an option, check if a dropdown appears on the right side. If so, it means that you have to input some details for the payment option you selected.
The details or unique keys that our system is asking for vary depending on the Payment option you will choose from. You may refer below for the registration pages (if you don't have an account yet) and guides on how to look for the keys that are required.
Just a gentle reminder, make sure that you copied and pasted the correct keys ASSIGNED on your account. Otherwise, payment will not reflect on your account even if a successful transaction has been posted on your website.
Aside from that, please double-check the options enabled. Sometimes, others forget to put the keys and leave the fields blank on an activated payment option. This may likely cause a checkout error when that method is selected by your customer.
