How to Activate Lalamove Integration

Summary

  1. Get Store Latitude and Longitude
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Under Payments & Shipping, select Shipping
  4. Click the Other tab
  5. Setup Deliveries PH
  6. Setup By Kilometer
  7. Under Direct Courier Integration, tick the Lalamove box
  8. Fill in the necessary fields
  9. Click Save to update changes
Note: By default, the Service Type and Vehicle type are set to Motorcycle only.

Steps to Activate Lalamove Integration

1. Get Store Latitude and Longitude

Follow the steps from the separate article.

2. Go to Settings

3. Under Payments & Shipping, select Shipping

4. Click the Other tab

5. Setup Deliveries PH

  • Tick the Deliveries PH box
  • Fill the highlighted fields below

  • Insert Store Latitude and Longitude

  • Click Save to update changes
  • Untick the Deliveries PH Box
  • Click Save again before proceeding to the next step

6. Setup By Kilometer

  • Toggle the switch
  • On the dropdown, set the Kilometer rates and succeeding kilometer rates.
  • Based on the above information, rates are calculated like this:
    • For deliveries within one kilometer, the shipping fee is only PhP 5.
    • When it exceeds, it becomes 5 (1km rate) + 200 (succeeding km rate) = 205
    • Clicking Add New Item, allows merchants to set a rate by kilometer
      • For example:
      • For deliveries within five kilometers, the shipping fee becomes PhP 20.
      • When it exceeds, it becomes 20 (5km rate) + 200 (succeeding km rate) = 220

7. Under Direct Courier Integration, tick the Lalamove box

8. Fill in the necessary fields

The API KEY and API Secret can be obtained from Lalamove's Partner Portal.

The Live Mode should only be switched on once Production Keys are used, not Test Keys. Merchants can confirm this with Prosperna Support for verification.

9. Click Save to update changes


Important Reminders Regarding Lalamove Booking Cancellation

  • Merchants may cancel a trip before or after matching with a driver
  • Cancellation fees are only incurred if the driver is already in transit for pickup
  • To cancel, hold the cross icon till the dialog "Are you sure you want to cancel the order?" appears. Tap on Cancel Order.
  • When canceling more than 5 minutes after matching with a driver, merchants need to contact Lalamove's customer service within working hours. Cancellation fees may apply.
