How to Add Serviceable Areas

Summary

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Under Site Settings, Select Standard Pages
  3. Click on the Serviceable Areas tab
  4. Customize the Page
  5. Click Save to update changes
Requirement: To add Serviceable areas you must set up your Shipping Zones first. Click here for a guide on how to do it. After setting up your Shipping zones, you may now start adding Serviceable areas.

When your business is online, it is important to let your customers know the specific areas that you can reach to manage their expectations and give them visibility on your business' delivery capabilities.

Aside from that, you also have to let them know where and how to find you by adding more details to this page. Even if pick-up locations are not available, other fields can be useful to make them more comfortable in buying at an online store such as yours. This gives them an assurance that your business is legitimate. 

Steps to Add Serviceable Areas

1. Go to Settings

2. Under Site Settings, Select Standard Pages

3. Click on the Serviceable Areas tab

4. Customize the Page

Add a banner image

Top and bottom sections 

Add information on Pick-up Locations and Delivery Areas.

Add New items for additional locations.

5. Click Save to update changes

Result: The website footer will include Serviceable Areas when visitors go to the link.
