When Do Merchants Receive Payments?

Merchants receive payments for the products and services they've sold upon marking their customer order status as completed, and during the weekly payout process.

All disbursements are handled by Prosperna's Compliance Team, so there's no need to send a support ticket for every completed order, as we are automatically notified of all transaction activities.

Payout Disbursement Schedule

Prosperna's Compliance Team schedules payout disbursements every Tuesday by 11:59 PM (Philippine Time) for eligible completed orders. 

Disbursement amounts must be equal or more than PhP 250.00. If your disbursement amount (total net sales) for the period is less than PhP 250.00, you will receive your disbursement in full once the amount reaches the minimum amount of PhP 250.00.

In the event that Tuesday falls on a Philippine public holiday, the payout process will commence on the next business day.

Merchant Payout Notification

You will receive an email from support@prosperna.com containing a disbursement summary report with all the details of each of your eligible orders and associated payouts so you know where the money is coming from.

Checking Where Your Payments will be Received

Depending on what you used to register Prosperna Payments, that's where payouts will be disbursed.
