How to Connect Gmail to Prosperna

Summary 

1. Click on Settings, go to eMail.
2. Select Gmail as your Server Name.
3. Insert your Gmail Address and Gmail Password.
4. Open an incognito tab and log in to your Gmail Account.
5. Enable your Less Secured App.
6. Go to your Gmail Inbox, and click on Settings.
7. On the panel, click on See all settings.
8. On the Settings Header, Click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
9. Scroll Down until IMAP Access, Click on Enable IMAP. 
10. Scroll Down and Click on Save Changes. 
11. You should send 1 email to a contact under your control.

Note: Only clients with business google account can use this feature

Connecting your Gmail account allows you to send emails to your customers inside Prosperna.

Steps to Connect Gmail to Prosperna

1. Click on Settings and go to eMail.

To enable Less Secured App

1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.
2. In the Admin console, go to Menu Security.
3. Scroll down an look for Less Secure app Access

6. Go to your Gmail Inbox. On the upper right of the site, click on the Gear Icon.

7. On the panel, click on See all settings.

8. On the Settings Header, Click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP.

9. Scroll Down until IMAP Access, Click on Enable IMAP.

10. Scroll Down and Click on Save Changes.

11. You should send 1 email to a contact under your control.
