How to Send an Email

Summary

  1. On your left panel go to Settings then Email.
  2. Add details on fields with the red dot. 
  3. On the Leads page, select a contact to send an email to by ticking the checkbox. 
  4. On the upper left of the table, click on Send Email.
  5. Insert your Email Subject. 
  6. Insert your Email Body. 
  7. Click Send.
Note: You must complete your Email Configuration to do that follow the instructions below. 

Note: Only clients with business google account can use this feature

Steps to Send an Email


1. On your left panel go to Settings then Email
2. Add details on fields with the red dot. 

Adding an email signature is optional. Click Save when you're done.

3. On the Leads page, select a contact to send an email to by ticking the checkbox.

4. On the upper left of the table, click on Send Email.

(Optional step) On the bottom right of the To Field, Click on Add BCC and CC. 

Note: The number represents the number of selected Leads.

This will enable you to add BCC and CC to your receivers.

5. Insert your Email Subject.

6. Insert your Email Body.

7. Click Send.
