How to Organize Dashboard

   1. Click and hold the move button on the top-left of every card
   2. Drag the cards around the dashboard

The dashboard is the first thing merchants see after logging in to Prosperna and where store performance can be viewed.

Steps to Add and Update Dashboard Cards

1. Log in to Prosperna to be redirected to your Dashboard

2. Click on the Add Card button

3. Select Cards to Add to Dashboard

Here’s a list of cards you can choose from:

• Sales This Week - Total amount earned for the last 7 days
• Order Today - Total number of incoming orders for the day
• Unfulfilled Orders - Total number of orders that are not yet completed
• Recent Orders - List of orders in order of recency
• Inventory by Product - Number of stocks per product
• Chats Waiting - Unopened chat messages, sorted by time
• New Customers - Number of new customers, with a comparison to the previous month
• Online Store Visitors - number of unique online store views
• Facebook - Number of new likes over Total page likes
• Checkout Performance Analysis - overview of which channels customers use (e.g. via Prosperna, Facebook or Instagram Chatbots)
• Revenue by Channel - Amount earned per sales channel

Steps to Remove Cards

Click the remove button on the top-right of every card

Note: Cards that have been removed will be returned to the modal when you are adding cards.

Steps to Rearrange Cards

1. Click and hold the move button on the top-left of every card

2. Drag the cards around the dashboard

Note: You have the freedom to rearrange the position of the cards but it cannot be resized. Card size will depend on your window size.
