How to Add Multiple Addresses for Shipping


  1. Log in
  2. Go to Shipping Options
  3. Select Shipping Method
  4. Edit 
  5. Open Pop-up
  6. Add New Address
  7. Fill up required fields
  8. Check saved information

Set different pick-up locations for your store and make your deliveries even more convenient by adding multiple addresses for shipping.

Steps to Add Multiple Addresses

1. Log in to your Prosperna account

2. On the left panel, hover to Settings then click Shipping Options

3. You have the option of which Shipping Method to activate

4. After choosing a Shipping Method, you will notice an Edit button on those that are Activated. Click Edit on your selected Shipping Method

5. This pop-up should appear on your screen

6. To add a new address, choose a Shipping Provider from the dropdown then click + Address

<code>Note: Shipping provider may vary depending on your selected Shipping Method (This is not applicable for book my own and store pick up)<br><br> - Standard Delivery: LBC<br> - Same day / scheduled: Lalamove

7. Fill up the form with all your business details then click Save

8. Your new address should appear within the space on the red box. You may also edit this by clicking the icon inside the yellow box

Reminder: For Shipping Method under "Same Day/Scheduled Delivery" you will have to set the address separately for Lalamove. myPay must be activated to get this working.

Also, you can only select one address at a time for each Shipping Method. Take note that the address you choose is the one displayed in your store.
