Go to Marketing > Abandoned Carts
Select an eligible customer
Select the products to include
Open the Voucher picker
Select an eligible voucher
Preview the reminder
Send or schedule the reminder
How to Add a Voucher to an Abandoned Cart Reminder
From your Prosperna Dashboard, go to Marketing > Abandoned Carts.
Select the customer you want to remind.
Select the products you want to include in the reminder.
Open the Voucher picker.
Select an eligible voucher.
Click Preview Email.
Review the voucher information included in the email.
Send or schedule the reminder.
Expected Result
The selected voucher is included in the reminder email and displayed according to its voucher type.
For a discount-code voucher, the email instructs the customer to enter the code at checkout.
For an automatic voucher, the email indicates that the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Note: Only existing eligible vouchers can be attached to an abandoned-cart reminder.
