An eligible abandoned cart
Permission to create discounts

Go to Marketing > Abandoned Carts
Select an eligible customer
Open the Voucher picker
Select Create a Discount
Select the discount method
Configure the discount
Save the voucher
Add the voucher to the reminder
How to Create a Voucher for an Abandoned Cart Reminder
From your Prosperna Dashboard, go to Marketing > Abandoned Carts.
Select the customer you want to remind.
Open the Voucher picker.
Select Create a Discount.
Select the discount method:
Discount Code
Automatic
Configure the discount details.
Set the End Date and End Time.
Click Save.
How to Generate a Discount Code
For Discount Code vouchers:
Open the voucher creation form.
Click Regenerate.
A new 8-character voucher code will be generated.
The generated code does not include a prefix and excludes the characters I, O, 0, and 1.
Edit the code if needed.
Automatic Discount
When Automatic is selected, Usage Limits are disabled.
The discount is automatically applied at checkout when the customer meets the applicable conditions.
Expected Result
The voucher is created and can be selected when preparing the abandoned-cart reminder.
Note: A voucher that expires before the scheduled reminder is sent cannot be used for that reminder.
