Set Up the Senior/PWD Discount Add-on
1. Go to Add-ons.
Log in to your Prosperna dashboard and navigate to the Add-ons page.
2. Find the Senior/PWD Discount add-on.
Look for the Senior/PWD Discount card in the list of available add-ons.
The card describes the feature as a free add-on for Philippine stores that provides a 20% discount and VAT exemption on eligible items.
3. Open the add-on details.
Click Learn More on the Senior/PWD Discount card to view its details and available setup options.
Follow the instructions provided on the add-on page to proceed with the configuration.
4. Review and approve customer IDs.
Merchants are responsible for reviewing and approving each customer's submitted Senior Citizen or PWD ID.
Verify the submitted identification and approve it when the customer meets the applicable requirements.
5. Verify the discount at checkout.
Once the add-on is configured and the customer's ID has been approved, verify that the applicable benefits are applied to eligible items during checkout.
Eligible customers may receive:
