What are Scheduled Abandoned Cart Reminders?
Scheduled Abandoned Cart Reminders are reminders that have been set to be sent at a future date and time. Merchants can review and manage these reminders from the Scheduled section.
Why Manage Scheduled Abandoned Cart Reminders?
Managing scheduled reminders allows you to:
Review upcoming reminders
View individual scheduled reminders
Review Automatic Sweep settings
Cancel individual reminders
Monitor the automatic reminder schedule

Requirements:
An active Prosperna store
At least one scheduled reminder or Automatic Sweep
Summary:
Go to Marketing > Abandoned Carts
Click Scheduled
Select Individual or Automatic Sweep
Review the scheduled reminders
Cancel an individual reminder if needed
How to Manage Scheduled Abandoned Cart Reminders
From your Prosperna Dashboard, go to Marketing > Abandoned Carts.
Click Scheduled.
Select Individual to view one-time reminders scheduled for specific customers.
Select Automatic Sweep to view the automatic reminder configuration.
Review the available reminder details.
To cancel an individual reminder, go to Individual.
Find the reminder you want to cancel.
Click Cancel.
Confirm the cancellation.
Expected Result
The selected individual reminder is cancelled and will no longer be sent at its scheduled time.
Note: The Automatic Sweep is a recurring daily schedule and is managed separately from individual reminders.
