How to Use Max for Abandoned Cart Reminders
Open the Max composer.
Ask Max about your abandoned carts.
For example:
"How many idle carts do I have?"
You can also ask Max to prepare, send, or schedule a reminder.
Max prepares the requested action and displays an approval request.
Review the proposed reminder.
Approve the action.
Expected Result
After approval, Max performs the requested reminder action.
Note: All actions that send or schedule abandoned-cart reminders require merchant approval. Max can only use existing eligible vouchers and cannot create a voucher through the reminder action.
