Abandoned Cart Reminder History is a record of previously processed abandoned-cart reminders, allowing merchants to review their reminder activity.

Review previous reminder activity
Check reminder records and statuses
Monitor reminder activity
Navigate through historical records
Adjust the number of records displayed per page

An active Prosperna store
Previous abandoned-cart reminder activity
Summary:
Go to Marketing > Abandoned Carts
Open Reminder History
Review the reminder records
Navigate through the pages
Adjust the page size if needed
How to View Abandoned Cart Reminder History
From your Prosperna Dashboard, go to Marketing > Abandoned Carts.
Click Reminder History.
Review the available reminder records.
Use the pagination controls to navigate through the history.
Select a different page size if you want to display more records.
Available page sizes are:

Expected Result
The selected number of reminder history records is displayed, and you can navigate between pages to review additional records.
Note: Reminder history is not automatically deleted.
