Overview
The Modal Menu Item allows you to add a menu item that opens a modal instead of redirecting to another page.
You can design the modal using a built-in editor and display content such as text, images, videos, and tables.
How to Create a Modal Menu Item
Go to Menu Builder
Click Create New Modal
Enter a Modal Name
Add content using the editor
Click Save
How to Add Modal to Menu
Go to Menu Structure
Select the created modal
Click Add to Menu
Result
Once added:
The menu item will open a modal when clicked
Customers will stay on the same page while viewing the content

You can configure the following:
Modal Content
Use the editor to add:
Text
Images
Videos
Tables
Display on Mobile
Enable to allow the modal to appear on mobile devices
Device Preview
Switch between desktop and mobile preview
Allows you to adjust content based on device
Modal Size
Desktop Modal Size – Adjust size for desktop view
Mobile Modal Size – Adjust size for mobile view
Background Color
Set the background color of the modal
Changes are reflected in the editor preview
Notes
Modal name is for internal use only and will not be shown to customers
Modals cannot contain nested menu items
Each modal can only be added once to the menu
Mobile preview is only available when mobile display is enabled
Troubleshooting
Modal not appearing on mobile
Ensure “Display on Mobile” is enabled
Cannot add modal to menu
Check if the modal is already added
Content not displaying correctly
Review content in the editor preview
Adjust modal size for better layout
