🛒 Abandoned Cart Reminders
What’s New?
Prosperna now provides more ways to help merchants recover abandoned carts through scheduled and automatic email reminders.
Merchants can follow up with individual customers, automate daily reminders for qualifying idle carts, include vouchers as incentives, and monitor their reminder activity.
New Capabilities
1. Schedule Individual Abandoned Cart Reminders
Merchants can select an eligible customer, customize the reminder, choose the products to include, and schedule the email for a specific date and time.
2. Set Up Automatic Abandoned Cart Reminders
Automatic reminders can be configured to check for qualifying idle carts every day and send reminders at a selected time. Merchants can also set the minimum idle period and include an eligible voucher.
3. Add Vouchers to Abandoned Cart Reminders
Merchants can include an existing eligible voucher in their reminder emails to give customers an incentive to complete their purchase. Both discount-code and automatic vouchers are supported.
4. Create a Voucher for an Abandoned Cart Reminder
Merchants can create a discount directly while preparing an abandoned-cart reminder. They can choose between a Discount Code or Automatic discount and configure the voucher's expiration date and time.
5. Manage Scheduled Reminders
Merchants can review upcoming individual reminders and automatic reminder settings from the Scheduled section. Individual reminders can also be cancelled when needed.
6. View Abandoned Cart Reminder History
Merchants can review previously processed reminders, check reminder records and statuses, and navigate through historical activity.
7. Use Max to Manage Abandoned Cart Reminders
Merchants can use Max to check idle carts, find eligible vouchers, prepare reminders, and send or schedule reminders through the Max chat interface. Actions that send or schedule reminders require merchant approval.

Yes. Store locations can be manually arranged from A to Z using drag and drop.
