Connect Xendit (PH Merchants)

Overview

The XenPlatform integration allows Prosperna merchants in the Philippines to connect their Xendit accounts directly through Payment Settings. This enables automated onboarding, payment routing, and account-level configuration using Xendit’s managed sub-account system.

Once connected, Prosperna will automatically handle payment routing, account linking, and payment method configuration based on your Xendit setup.

⚠️ This feature is available for Philippines merchants only

This feature is designed as a self-serve onboarding flow and does not require bulk migration of existing merchants.

Why is it important? The XenPlatform integration enables merchants to:

  • Connect their Xendit account seamlessly from Payment Settings

  • Automatically link existing Xendit managed accounts when safe

  • Ensure secure, one-to-one merchant-to-Xendit account mapping

  • Route payments correctly using Xendit sub-accounts

  • Support split payments for XenPlatform-enabled merchants

  • Restrict payment methods based on Xendit configuration

  • Maintain existing payment systems (myPay and Stripe) without disruption

Before you start

Make sure:

  • You are logged in as a PH merchant

  • You have access to Settings > Payments

  • You have a valid Xendit account (or will create one during onboarding)

Step 1: Open Payment Settings

  1. Login to your Prosperna account

  2. Go to Home

  3. Click Settings

  4. Select Payments

Step 2: Start Xendit Setup

  1. Find the Xendit section

  2. Click Connect with Xendit

  3. Confirm the action

You will be redirected to Xendit to continue onboarding.

Step 3: Complete Xendit Onboarding

Follow the instructions from Xendit to:

  • Create a new account, or

  • Connect an existing eligible account

If your email already exists in Xendit, Prosperna may automatically link your account when safe.

Step 4: Check Connection Status

After onboarding, return to:

Settings → Payments

Your Xendit status may appear as:

  • Not Connected — No Xendit account linked yet

  • Pending — Account setup is still in progress

  • Connected — Xendit is active and ready

  • Disconnected — Xendit has been removed from your store

Payment Methods

Only payment methods enabled in your Xendit account will appear during checkout.

Example:

  • If only GCash is enabled in Xendit, only GCash will be available to customers.

Disconnect Xendit

To disconnect your Xendit account:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Open Payments

  3. Open the Xendit section

  4. Click Disconnect

Once disconnected:

  • Payments will stop routing through Xendit

  • Your previous payment setup will remain unchanged

Important Notes

  • Xendit is available for PH merchants only

  • One Xendit account can only be linked to one Prosperna merchant

  • Existing Stripe and myPay setups will remain unchanged unless Xendit is activated

  • Withdrawal and payout flows are currently unaffected

  • Some Xendit features may be limited in Test Mode
