Who sends customer payments to merchants?

Prosperna's compliance team handles the disbursement of customer payments to merchants every Tuesday by 11:59 PM, for orders with status marked as "Completed" through Friday by 11:59 PM.

How long does it take to send the money?

Given that your customers use the applicable payment methods that you offer them to pay upon checkout, their payment will reflect within our system in real-time, so that we can verify if their payment is successfully processed. The payout processing time can vary depending on interbank transfer and clearing processing times, however, disbursements should reflect in your bank account within the same day plus up to 1-2 more banking days.

Where do merchants receive payment?

Depending on what you used to register for Prosperna Payments, that's where payouts will be disbursed.

Eligible banks and e-wallets for disbursement are BPI, UnionBank, BDO, and GCash.

How to verify receipt of disbursement?

As proof of successful disbursement, the Prosperna Compliance Team will send an email disbursement summary report to the merchant, showing the details of the order, amount, shipping, and payment gateway fees.
