Convenience fees are platform processing fees (in addition to any applicable subscription fees) and are designed to cover the costs associated with providing the convenience of the platform. 

Why is it important? By understanding how convenience fees work, merchants can decide how they want convenience fees to be applied. By using the Convenience Fee Splitter feature, merchants can control who pays for convenience fees.

About Convenience Fees

What is a Convenience Fee?

A convenience fee is a charge added to the total transaction amount.

Convenience Fee = sum total of amount of products sold + shipping fee x convenience fee percentage. 

Convenience fees do not apply to COD via Store Pickup and Book My Own shipping methods.

The following are the corresponding convenience fees based on your Prosperna subscription plan.
