The Bulk Delete feature allows you to permanently remove multiple products from your inventory in a single action. Products must first be unpublished before they can be deleted. If your products are currently published, you can use the Bulk Unpublish feature to unpublish multiple products at once before proceeding with bulk deletion.
Why is it important?
Bulk Delete helps you efficiently manage your product catalog by removing outdated, duplicate, or unwanted products all at once, saving time compared to deleting products individually.
Requirements:
Existing products in your Inventory
Products must be Unpublished
Access to the Products module
Permission to manage products
Note: Published products cannot be deleted. Unpublish your products first. If you need to unpublish multiple products, you can use the Bulk Unpublish feature before performing a bulk delete.
Steps to Bulk Delete Products
From your Prosperna Dashboard, go to Products > Inventory.
If the selected products are published, unpublish them first. You can select multiple products and use More > Unpublish to bulk unpublish them.
Select the unpublished products you want to delete by checking the boxes beside each product. You can also use the checkbox in the table header to select all products on the current page.
Click More in the upper-right corner of the page.
From the dropdown menu, click Delete.
In the confirmation dialog, review the selected products and click Delete to permanently remove them from your inventory.
Result
The selected unpublished products will be permanently removed from your inventory and cannot be recovered. Ensure you have selected the correct products before confirming the deletion.
