Overview

Low Stock Alerts notify you when a product’s inventory reaches a specified threshold.

Once the stock level falls below the set value, you will receive a notification so you can restock and avoid running out of items.

Low stock alerts are typically triggered when inventory goes below a defined minimum quantity.


How to Enable Low Stock Alerts

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Messaging Settings

  3. Locate Low Stock Alerts

  4. Enable the toggle

  5. Set your preferred threshold value (minimum stock level)

  6. Enter the email address to receive notifications

  7. Click Save


Result

Once enabled:

  • You will receive notifications when stock reaches the set threshold

  • Alerts help you monitor inventory levels in real time

  • You can restock products before they run out


Example

If the threshold is set to 10:

  • You will receive an alert when the product stock reaches 10 or below


Notes

  • Alerts are triggered based on the product’s current inventory level

  • Notifications are commonly sent via email when the threshold is reached

  • Each product follows its own stock level and alert condition


Troubleshooting

Not receiving alerts

  • Check if the feature is enabled

  • Verify the email address is correct

  • Ensure the product stock has reached the threshold

Too many or no alerts

  • Adjust the threshold value based on your inventory needs
