About Delivery Pouches
Delivery pouches are provided by your selected shipping provider.

J&T provides FREE delivery pouches on the first pickup and upon request.

Lalamove does not require any delivery pouches.

LBC requires an application form to process the amount and sizes of delivery pouches.
This is where you can paste your printed waybills.
On the first pickup, you may request for pouches in advance so you can prepare order packaging before the courier arrives for future orders.
About Waybills
Waybills are shipping labels required by logistics providers.
This is a document issued by a carrier giving details and instructions relating to the shipment of a consignment of goods.
Typically it will show the names of the consignor and consignee, the point of origin of the consignment, its destination, and route.

How to Follow Up Delivery Delays
There are a number of factors that contribute to delay in shipment or order completion.

Once determined that it's not a merchant or customer related issue, you can follow up with the shipping provider about the status.
For every order delivered via Prosperna Shipping, there will be a tracking number available depending on the selected courier.
You may check the waybill for this tracking number or in-app via the Orders Page.
Once you have the tracking number, you may check the following channels:
LBC - Track & Trace
J&T - Trace & Track
Lalamove - via Ordertracker or contact the rider as provided by Lalamove's system messages
How to Track Deliveries
For every order delivered via Prosperna Shipping, there will be a tracking number available depending on the selected courier.

Schedule to Pickup Delivery Parcels
For Standard Deliveries, all orders made between 12 AM - 5:59 AM are picked up within the day, and after 6 AM are picked up the next day.
For Scheduled Deliveries, it would depend on the merchant and courier cut-off whether it's possible to fulfill the order earlier, within the day, or within the given timeframe.
Where are Orders picked up from?
Upon account creation, you provide a business or store address.
While it is possible to store multiple addresses, merchants can only pin one (1) address on the map as the pickup location.
Important Note: Pickup address by default refers to the address indicated on the shipping options. For example, the pickup address setup in standard delivery may differ from the address setup in scheduled delivery.
Our partner shipping providers use this information as the pickup location for parcels.
It is best advised that the business address matches the order pickup location to avoid any discrepancies and issues in order fulfillment.
In the event that order pickup location is different from the address, you may inform your designated courier after setup of shipping providers.
