Photo of Proof of Shipping

Information on Shipping for comment

Working email address of the client
Summary
-
Go to Orders
-
Select Order ID
-
Add a comment and attach the Photo of the Proof of Shipping
-
Under Additional Notes, toggle Publish to Customer
-
Click Update
Note: After doing all of these, the customer will see all of the comments and attachments
Steps on How to Attach Proof of Shipping
1. Go to Orders
2. Select Order ID
3. Add a comment and attach the Photo of the Proof of Shipping
4. Under Additional Notes, toggle Publish to Customer
5. Click Update
On the lower right most of the page click update
Result: The customer will now see the comment and attachment.
The customer will see the comment and attachment thru email.
Go to your email, then Spam, you will the email notification there.
The customer will see the comments and attachments.
