System notifications communicate with merchants and customers about the activities that may happen within the Prosperna Store.

Why is it important? Sending notifications is an important form of communication for merchants to customers, especially when it comes to the security and verification of transactions.

Summary 

Go to Prosperna Dashboard

Click on the Bell Notification to see notifications

Click on the notification to see details

Click on the Notification "See All" to see all notifications


About Default System Notifications

Trigger - When an order is created by a customer.

Trigger - When a customer cancels an order

Trigger - When an order is complet

Trigger - When a customer submits an inquiry in the contact us form
