Why is it important? Bulk upload is the most convenient way to upload your existing products into Prosperna in just a few clicks.

Requirements:

1. Product Image / Video uploaded in the Media Library
2. Category
3. Product Details
4. Price
5. Variants (if applicable)
6. Add-Ons (if applicable)
7. SKUs (if applicable)
   • `Note: Only alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers) are allowed.

Summary

Adding Products:

1. Go to Products, Select Inventory
2. Click Add Product, Select Import Products
3. Click Download CSV File Template
4. Complete the Fields and export the completed CSV template.
5. Click Import/ Update Products
6. Choose File and click Continue
7. Click Import Products

Updating Products:

1. Go to Products, Select Inventory
2. Select the products to be updated
3. Click Export Products
4. Update Product in CSV file
5. Click Add Product, select Import Products
6. Click Import/ Update Products
7. Choose File and click Continue
8. Click Import Products

Steps to Bulk Upload Products

Adding Products

1. Go to Products, Select Inventory

2. Click Add Product, Select Import Products

3.Click Download CSV File Template

4.Complete the Fields and export the completed CSV template.

Complete the following fields:

• Product ID (system-generated)

• Type*

• Product Name*

• SKU (Optional Field)

• Product Category*

• Product Short Description*

• Product Long Description*

• Brand Name

• Product Size Unit*

• Product Width*

• Product Height*

• Product Length*

• Product Weight Unit*

• Product Weight*

• Regular Price*

• Sale Price

• Store Name*

• Stock Quantity*

• Product Status (TRUE/FALSE)

Note: Only images uploaded to Media Library will be accepted. Please use the Image URL found on the Media Library or else the image will not be added. 

Steps to Add Photos and get Image URL:

• Go to Media Library

• Upload Product Image

• Click uploaded Image

• Copy Image URL

• Paste Image URL under Product Featured Image or Product Slider Images

5.Click Import/ Update Products

6.Choose File and click Continue

7. Click Import Products

 

Updating Products:

1. Go to Products, Select Inventory

2. Select the products to be updated

3. Click Export Products

4. Update Product in CSV file

5. Click Add Product, select Import Products

 

6. Click Import / Update Products

7. Choose File and click Continue

8. Click Import Products

Results: You have successfully Imported / Updated Product/s
