With Prosperna's built-in bulk email feature, you can efficiently create and distribute personalized email campaigns to multiple contacts, saving you time and effort while maximizing your outreach.

  1. Gmail integration

Summary

  1. Go to the Leads page
  2. Select all contacts
  3. Click on the message icon
  4. Type in your email subject and message
  5. Click Send

Steps to Send Bulk Emails

1. Go to the Leads page.

2. Click on the checkbox at the header to select all contacts.

3. Click on the message icon near the search bar.

4. Type in your email subject and message.

To - Specify the primary recipient(s) of your email. This is where you input the email addresses of those who will receive your message directly.

Add BCC and CC - Use this option to include additional recipients discreetly (BCC) or openly (CC) in your email. BCC recipients are hidden from others, while CC recipients are visible to all.

Add Merge Field - Insert personalized elements into your email by adding merge fields. This feature allows you to dynamically include specific details, like names or company info, tailored to each recipient.

Subject - Craft a compelling subject line for your email. This is the first thing recipients will see, so make it clear and engaging to grab their attention.

Body - Compose the main content of your email here. This is where you provide the details and message you want to communicate to your recipients.

Example of using the Add Merge Field:

5. Click Send.

Results: You have successfully sent bulk emails.
