Important Reminders

Packaging

  • Rates are determined by both actual weight and volumetric weight, whichever is higher for your own packaging.
  • Additional charges may apply for any packaging enhancement and other services requirement.
  • The final weight for Own Packaging shipments is the actual weight (weighed on a scale) vs. Volume weight (dimensions of the package), whichever is higher rounded up to the next whole number. To compute for the volume weight, use the following formula: Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm)/3500. Example: 30cm x 30cm x 30cm/3500 = 7.7 kg
  • Shipping Fees are based on their accounted weight after final packaging. Additional charges, if any.

Delivery Attempt

  • “Return to Sender” will be billed 50% of the total shipping fee. For clarity, the RTS charge will only be imposed on parcels that are successfully returned to the customer.
  • Maximum of 3 delivery attempts per waybill.
  • An additional charge of 2.75% of the COD amount is applicable for cash on delivery (COD). Payment will be remitted twice within a week.

How to Track Deliveries

For every order delivered via Prosperna Shipping, there will be a tracking number available depending on the selected courier.

You may check the waybill for this tracking number or in-app via the Orders Page.

Once you have the tracking number, you may check the following channel:

J&T - Trace & Track

Delivery Pouches

J&T provides FREE delivery pouches on the first pickup and upon request.

This is where you can paste your printed waybills.

On the first pickup, you may request for pouches in advance so you can prepare order packaging before the courier arrives for future orders.

Waybills

Waybills are shipping labels required by logistics providers.

This is a document issued by a carrier giving details and instructions relating to the shipment of a consignment of goods.

Typically it will show the names of the consignor and consignee, the point of origin of the consignment, its destination, and route.

After the correct waybill information has been generated, you can print it when you finish arranging pickup for your order.

Tips to Print Waybills

  • Use quality sticker paper to print waybills to avoid scanning errors.
  • Use thermal printers to avoid ink smudges and repel water.
  • Attach the sticker to your parcel before shipping out. It needs to be clear and placed over the flap to avoid tampering.
  • Just follow the format generated by the app to avoid any issues with partner couriers.
