What is Lalamove Same Day Delivery

Have orders delivered on the same day

1. Orders are automatically accepted to take advantage of Lalamove's dynamic pricing mechanism, which is based on demand.
2. Orders can only be canceled if an order's Shipping Status is ASSIGNING_DRIVER or it is less than 5 mins before Status is changed to ON_GOING.
3. COD payment is NOT ACCEPTED.
4. Weight is up to 1000 kg.
5. Size Limit is up to 213.36 length x 121.92 width x 121.92 height in cm.
6. The shipping fee will depend on the type of vehicle assigned. Starting price for shipping is Php 55

Product Limitations

When using Lalamove Same Day Delivery, your products will be delivered via vehicle. These vehicles will determine your Shipping Fee.

       availability of delivery patterns, available tolls, surcharges and so on.
       Hence the total fare of service may vary. 
       The fare displayed at the time of request may not be the same if there is a change to order details.

List of Prohibited Items

• Breathing or Living Things
  • As an on-demand delivery app, we dedicate ourselves to making it easy to deliver items, which excludes living things.
  • So the answer to the question "Can a person ride a Lalamove vehicle?" is a no.
  • Lalamove cannot deliver pets and other living creatures.
• Illegal Drugs
  • Well, no one should really have illegal drugs in the first place, so it's expected that Lalamove cannot deliver these items.
  • Our courier partners service those who understand the fine line between legal and illegal.
  • Illegal or contraband items which shall include alcohol (in cases of alcohol ban) too -- are prohibited.
• Contraband Items
  • Moreover, for the safety of our partner drivers, we decline to deliver sharp objects, firearms, and chemicals that could potentially stab, shoot, or burn the partner driver while en route to the drop-off point. Jewelry, while not exactly illegal, also cannot be transported via Lalamove.

How to Track Deliveries

For every order delivered via Prosperna Shipping, there will be a tracking number available depending on the selected courier.

The merchant and customer will receive an email notification from Lalamove containing the delivery details.

The merchant may also see the real-time location of the rider by clicking the tracking link.

You can see this in the Delivery field of the order.

Once you have the reference number, you may also check the following channel:

Lalamove - via Ordertracker or contact the rider as provided by Lalamove's system messages
