Feature Availability:  ALL PLANS

Customer payments refer to the financial transactions made by your customers with your business in exchange for the products or services rendered.

Why is it important? This is a critical aspect of a business's financial operations, as it directly affects cash flow and profitability.

How to know when a customer has successfully paid for an order?

Here are the steps of order completion to help you understand how the process works:

  1. First, your customer places an order from you.
  2. Next both your customer and you, as the merchant, will receive an email confirmation. You can also check order details under orders for the payment status.
  3. Then both your customer and you will receive an update from our partner logistics provider regarding the delivery status.
  4. Once the delivery has been successfully completed and confirmed, the merchant needs to mark the Order Status as completed.

Where does the customer's payment go?

Customer orders that use Cash on Delivery (COD) and Cash on Pickup (COP) as payment methods are not eligible for withdrawal because the funds related to the customer's payment go directly to the merchant.

For other payment methods, the funds related to the customer's payment will be held within Prosperna Payments where it can be withdrawn after 3 days.

What is the Payment Gateway Fee?

Payment Gateway Fees are prices that the Payment Option charges when using their services. The following are the available payment options and their corresponding payment gateway fees.

  = ( 0.033 * 1100 )
  = 36.3
