A Product Review is a customer’s feedback on a product, sharing their experience, quality, and satisfaction to help others make informed decision.

Why is it important? Product reviews are important because they provide real customer insights, helping potential buyers make informed decisions. They also build trust, improve product quality through feedback, and enhance a brand’s credibility.

  1. Uploaded Product
  2. Published Product

1. Go to Settings.

Product Review Settings

a.) Customize the publishing of new product reviews on the Single Product Page and on the Checkout Page.

Auto-Publish Product Reviews: The system will automatically publish reviews based on the selected star rating filter.

  • Click the dropdown menu under "Select Star Rating for Auto-Publish" to choose which reviews should be automatically approved.'

Manually Publish Product Reviews

  • Requires manual approval of customer reviews before publishing, ensuring quality and authenticity.

b.) Choose how your customer’s name will be displayed on the review.

c.) Choose where your product ratings and reviews will be displayed.

  • Checkout Page - is where customers review their items, enter shipping and payment details, and complete their purchase. 
  • Product Listing - displays all available products on your online store, including images, prices, and descriptions. 
  • Related Products - are recommended items displayed on product pages to encourage additional purchases.
