How Bank Transfer Works

Bank Transfer is one of the available payment methods you can use to pay for your Prosperna subscription. This allows you to deposit or transfer the payment directly to Prosperna’s official bank account. Once we receive and verify the payment, your plan will be activated.

Why is it important? Bank Transfer provides a secure, traceable, and flexible payment method—especially useful for customers who prefer not to use credit cards or digital wallets. It also adds a layer of manual verification to ensure payments are correctly processed and documented.


How Bank Transfer Works

After completing the checkout process, you will be asked to select a Payment Method. Choose Bank Transfer to proceed. Follow the instructions below to complete your payment.

Bank Transfer is available for the following shipping methods:

  • ✅ Manual Shipping by Customer

  • ✅ Manual Shipping by Merchant

  • ✅ Store Pickup

  • Same Day Delivery

  • Scheduled Delivery

Step 1: Transfer Your Payment

You will be shown the official bank account details where you should send your payment.

Bank Name: UnionBank Philippines

You can make the transfer using your mobile banking app, online banking platform, or by visiting your nearest bank branch.



Step 2: Upload Proof of Payment

Once your payment has been made, take a screenshot or clear photo of the transaction confirmation showing:

  • Reference number

  • Amount transferred

  • Date and time of transaction

Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

  • Our team will review and verify your transaction.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for payment verification.
  • Once verified, we will send you a message confirming the payment, and the Payment Status will be updated to "Paid" on your order.

  • If your payment cannot be verified, we will reach out to ask for a clearer proof of payment or additional details.
