The Prosperna Progressive Web App (PWA) lets you use your Prosperna dashboard like a native app on your desktop or mobile device—fast, convenient, and easy to access without going through the browser or App Store.

Why is it important? Installing the Prosperna PWA lets you access your dashboard quickly from your home screen or desktop, with a native-app–like experience. It reduces reliance on browsers, improves reliability, and makes managing your account faster and more seamless.

1. Supported browser (Chrome or Safari recommended)

2. Active Prosperna account

Steps to Install Prosperna PWA

How do I install the Prosperna PWA on a desktop using Chrome (Windows/Mac)?

Steps:

1. Log in to your Prosperna dashboard in Chrome.

2. Look for the install option:

   • Option A: Click the 🔽 icon in the address bar.

   • Option B: Expand the card at the bottom left of your screen and click Install.

3. Click Install and the app will open in its own window.

💡 After installation, an icon appears on your desktop or in your applications menu.

How do I install the PWA on MacOS using Safari?

Steps:

1. Log in to your Prosperna dashboard in Safari.

2. Tap the Share button (📤).

3. Select Add to Dock or Add to Home Screen.

⚠️ Note: The install card may still appear, but you must use the Share → Add to Dock method to fully install the PWA.

How do I install the PWA on iPhone or iPad (iOS)?

Steps:

1. Open your Prosperna dashboard in Safari.

2. Tap the Share button at the bottom.

3. Scroll and choose Add to Home Screen.

4. Tap Add.

❗ iOS does not allow PWA installation through Chrome, Firefox, or other browsers.

Which browsers are unsupported or have limited PWA support?

• Firefox (Desktop & Mobile): Limited support; install prompt may not appear.

• Opera: Not supported.

💡 Tip: Use Chrome or Safari if the install prompt does not appear.

Troubleshooting Installation Issues

• I don’t see the install card:

  • You may already have the app installed.

  • Use the browser’s built-in PWA install button (Chrome address bar or Safari Share menu).

• Install doesn’t work in Firefox or Opera:

  • These browsers do not fully support PWA installation.

💡 Tip: Clear your browser cache or try a different supported browser.
