What You Can Do with Multi-Currency

With Multi-Currency enabled, you can:

Where Multi-Currency Appears

Once activated, Multi-Currency can appear in:

How Multi-Currency Works

When a customer visits your store:

  1. The system may detect their location or selected region

  2. Their currency is automatically shown (if configured)

  3. Product prices convert based on your currency settings

  4. Customer completes checkout in the displayed currency


How to Enable Multi-Currency

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Open Shared Services

  3. Select Multi-Currency

  4. Enable the feature

  5. Choose your default currency

  6. Add supported currencies

  7. Save changes


How to Add Supported Currencies

  1. Open Multi-Currency Settings

  2. Click Add Currency

  3. Select the currency you want to support

  4. Save changes

  5. Repeat for additional currencies
