Welcome to Prosperna’s December 2025 Release Notes! This month we published helpful guides and updates to improve your store’s Tax Setup, Call-In-Order and Shipping experience — making fulfillment more flexible and financial settings clearer.
Below is what’s new and updated this month:
Shipping Enhancements
Custom Delivery for Manual Shipping by the Merchant

We released a new support article that guides merchants on how to enable Custom Delivery Date when using Manual Shipping by Merchant. This update allows sellers to offer customers delivery date options without showing scheduled delivery methods (like Lalamove) if they aren’t offered.
Why this matters:
Gives merchants full control over delivery dates for manually fulfilled orders.
Lets you hide integrated courier methods while keeping a delivery date field active.
Helps create clearer delivery expectations for customers. Prosperna

Taxes
About Taxes — Updated Guide

We published an updated article on setting up taxes in your store. This includes how to:
Enable tax collection in your store settings
Add tax rates based on state or province
Create and configure tax overrides on products, shipping fees, and additional fees
This guide helps merchants ensure accurate and compliant tax charges, reduce manual errors, and provide transparent pricing to customers. Prosperna

Call-in Feature Update
Products Should Appear First

We’ve improved the Call-in Feature to ensure that products are displayed and selected first before proceeding with shipping and payment details. This update streamlines the order creation process, reduces errors, and provides a more intuitive flow for merchants handling call-in orders.
Shipping Address Is Now Automatically Appearing

We’ve enhanced the Call-in Feature so that the shipping address is automatically populated once a customer is selected. This applies to both registered and unregistered contacts, reducing the need for manual address entry when creating orders.
Why this matters:
Speeds up call-in order creation.
Reduces manual input and potential errors.
Improves efficiency when handling delivery orders.
