How to Refer Friends with Refer & Earn

Overview: Refer & Earn is Prosperna's affiliate program: refer friends to Prosperna and earn up to 35%. You join and track your referrals in the Prosperna affiliate portal, which you open from your dashboard.

Prerequisites:

  • You're logged in to your Prosperna dashboard.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open Refer & Earn

  1. Click your name at the top right of the dashboard.
  2. Click Refer & Earn.

Step 2: Join or log in to the affiliate portal

  1. In the Refer & Earn window, click Join Now if you're new to the program, or Log In if you've already joined.
  2. Either button opens the Prosperna referral program portal in a new tab. Sign up or log in there.

Step 3: Share your referral link

In the affiliate portal, copy your referral link and share it with friends who sell online. Your referrals and earnings are tracked in the portal.

Verify It Worked

Success criteria:

  • The affiliate portal opens in a new tab when you click Join Now or Log In.
  • After signing up, you can see your referral link in the portal.

Troubleshooting

Common errors

  • Nothing opens when I click Join Now: your browser may be blocking pop-ups. Allow pop-ups for Prosperna, then click again.
  • I can't log in to the affiliate portal: the portal has its own account. Use the email and password you signed up with in the portal, not necessarily your store login.

Limitations & considerations

  • Commission rates, payout terms and how referrals are counted are set in the affiliate program, and are shown in the portal.
