Summary

Overview: The Standard Reports page lists your orders with the customer, items, payment, shipping, fees and income for each, plus totals for gross sales, net sales, discounts and quantity sold. Filter it to the period and orders you need, then export the results to a CSV file to open in Excel or Google Sheets.

Prerequisites:

  • At least one order in your store.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the report

  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Click View on one of the summary cards.

The Standard Reports page opens with the last 7 days of orders. The count above the table shows how many results match, for example Showing 24 results.

Step 2: Filter the report

  1. Choose any of these filters:
    • Date: All, Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Current Year, or Custom.
    • Due Date: All, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Current Year, or Custom.
    • Order Status: for example Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Completed or Returned.
    • Payment Method: Bank Transfer, COD, COP, Credit Card, E-wallets or Over the Counter.
    • Shipping Method: Standard Delivery, Same Day Delivery, Manual Shipping by Customer, Manual Shipping by Merchant or Store Pickup.
  2. For a Custom range, pick both a From and a To date. Custom ranges cover the past 90 days, up to today.
  3. Click Apply Filters.

To start over, click Clear Filters. To load the latest orders without changing the filters, click the refresh button beside it.

Two controls update the report straight away, without Apply Filters:

  • Store Location: shown when your store has more than one location.
  • Search: type a customer's name, email address, phone number, address or a word from their order notes.

Step 3: Read the report

Each row is one order. The columns include:

  • Order details: Store Location, Order ID, Order Date, Order Time, Due Date and Order Status.
  • Customer: Customer Name, Delivery Address, Email Address, Phone Number and Notes.
  • Payment and shipping: Payment Type, Payment Status, Shipping Type and Shipped By.
  • Items and money: Item, Quantity and Amount (every item in the order, listed together), Sub Total, Shipping Fee, Additional Fee, Taxes, Discount, Payment Gateway Fee, the convenience fees, Grand Total and Total Income.

When a long note or item list is cut off with ..., click it to read it in full. The totals at the bottom of the table add up the results that match your filters: Total Gross Sales, Total Net Sales, Total Discounts and Total Quantity Sold.

To see more rows at a time, change the number of rows per page under the table (10, 25, 50 or 100).

Step 4: Export the report

  1. Set the filters for the orders you want, and click Apply Filters.
  2. Click Export.

A CSV file downloads with every order that matches your filters, not just the page you're looking at.

Verify It Worked

Success criteria:

  • The count above the table changes to match your filters.
  • The downloaded file opens in Excel or Google Sheets with one row per order.

Troubleshooting

Common errors

  • "Please select both … From and … To": a Custom range needs both dates. Pick a To date as well, then click Apply Filters.
  • I can't pick a date in the future or more than 90 days ago: Custom ranges cover the past 90 days. For older orders, use Current Year or All.
  • The report is empty: no orders match the filters or the search. Clear the search box, widen the Date range or click Clear Filters.
  • I only see one location's orders: as a team member, you see the locations your store owner gave you access to, starting with your first assigned location. See How to Set Team Member Permissions.
  • Export is greyed out: the report is still loading. Wait until the count above the table appears.

Limitations & considerations

  • The exported file doesn't include the Taxes column, and its Store Location column is empty. Use the table on screen for those, or filter by Store Location before you export.
  • The report doesn't arrive by email; export it whenever you need it.
