Summary

Overview: This page lists the newest features that are live for all Prosperna stores, newest first. Each entry gives the date the feature went live and the help article that explains how to use it. Only features already released to every store are listed here.

Prerequisites:

  • A Prosperna store on Launch, Grow, Scale or the free trial.

Step-by-Step Instructions

What's new in October 2026

  1. Use your store from Claude and ChatGPT (live October 13, 2026). In AI Studio → MCP, copy your store's address, add it to Claude or ChatGPT as a connector, and approve the connection. You can then ask those apps about your orders, products and customers. Only the store owner can connect an app or disconnect one. See How to Connect Your Store to Claude and ChatGPT.
  2. Save more than one store look (live October 12–13, 2026). Colors & Styles now has a Look drop-down. Save up to 10 named looks, set one as your store default, and use another on a single page, your menu or your footer. See How to Save and Reuse Store Looks.
  3. Drag to resize almost any element (live October 13, 2026). In the Visual Editor, a selected element shows white squares on its left and right edges. Drag one to set the width; the label shows the size and snaps to common fractions such as 50% and Full width. Images and embeds also get a bottom edge. See How to Edit a Page in the Visual Editor.
  4. Ask Max to change your home page (live October 13, 2026). Ask Max to make a published page your home page, from the main chat or from inside the builder. Max shows an approval card naming the current and the new home page, and switches it when you click Approve. See How to Build Pages with Max AI.
  5. An imported page keeps its own design (live October 12, 2026). When you import an HTML file in the Max AI page builder, its design is saved as a look of its own and used on that page only, instead of restyling your whole store. See How to Build Pages with Max AI.
  6. Add another store from your account (live October 9, 2026). Click Add Workspace in the menu under your name to create another store with its own products, orders, settings and plan, then switch between your stores from the same menu. See How to Add Another Store (Workspace).
  7. Manual Payment Methods for US stores (live October 9, 2026). US stores can now offer Manual Payment Methods, which until now was for Philippine stores only. Customers pay you directly by e-wallet, bank transfer or your own custom method, and the order stays unpaid until you confirm the payment. See How to Set Up Manual Payment Methods.
  8. Link element colors back to your theme (live October 9, 2026). In the Visual Editor, an element can follow one of your Design Settings theme colors, or keep a color you picked just for that element. Choose a Theme swatch to link it back. See How to Link Element Colors to Your Theme.
  9. Edit your store design without leaving the page builder (live October 8, 2026). The Max AI page builder now shows your store's colors and fonts. You can open your design settings from inside the builder and see each change on the page before you save. See How to Customize Your Store's Design.
  10. Start a Max AI connector from a Zoho tile (live October 6, 2026). In AI Studio → Connectors, click the Zoho tile to follow the steps for connecting Zoho. You can also filter your saved connectors by service and status. See How to Connect Apps to Max AI.
  11. Connect your own Xendit account (live October 6, 2026). Philippine stores that already have a Xendit account can connect it with their secret API key, so customer payments go straight into their own Xendit account. See How to Connect Your Own Xendit Account.
  12. Shipping Credits (live October 6, 2026). Buy Shipping Credits in Billing to pay courier fees when you book a J&T or Lalamove delivery through Prosperna for an order that was paid straight to you. See How to Top Up Shipping Credits.
  13. Remove a saved card while you have a subscription (live October 5, 2026). On the Payment Methods tab in Billing, you can remove a card you no longer use, even while your plan is active. See How to Manage Your Payment Cards.
  14. New-order emails for team members, by store location (live October 5, 2026). When you set a team member's permissions, you can turn on Email them every new order. They then get the order email for orders at the store locations they work in. The permissions page was also redesigned on October 3, 2026. See How to Set Team Member Permissions and How to Set Up Order Notifications.
  15. Preview a converted menu or footer before it goes live (live October 2, 2026). When Max AI converts your old menu or footer, you see a preview first and choose to publish it or discard it. See How to Set Up Your Store Menu and Footer.
  16. Prosperna's own apps on every paid plan (live October 1, 2026). Apps built by Prosperna in the Marketplace, such as Menu View, QR Code Menu, Wholesale Pricing and Order Scheduling, are free on every paid plan. See How to Use the Marketplace and How to Set Up Menu View and QR Code Menu.
  17. Clearer upgrade payments (live October 1, 2026). If an upgrade payment doesn't go through, you're told that your plan hasn't changed. My Plan then shows how to finish the payment. See How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan.

What's new in September 2026

  1. Welcome discount at checkout (live September 30, 2026). If you subscribe while your free trial is still running, checkout shows Welcome discount (50% off your first payment) with a countdown to the end of your trial. See How to Subscribe to a Plan.
  2. More blocks in the Visual Editor (live September 28–30, 2026). The Insert tab has Video or Embed and Custom HTML blocks, and a refreshed list of sections and elements you can click or drag onto your page. See How to Edit a Page in the Visual Editor.
  3. Convert your old menu and footer to Max AI (live September 29, 2026). Stores with a menu from the older Menu Builder, or a footer not built with Max AI, can have Max AI rebuild it with Convert with Max AI or Convert with AI. See How to Set Up Your Store Menu and Footer.
  4. Pages that are open in Max AI (live September 21 and 29, 2026). If a page is open in a Max AI chat, renaming it, moving it to the trash or deleting it shows Page is open in Max AI. Click Close and Proceed (or Discard changes and Proceed) to carry on. Publishing and unpublishing from All Pages is no longer blocked. See How to Manage Your Pages.
  5. Ask Max (live September 24, 2026; updated October 1, 2026). Click the floating Max head in your dashboard and ask a question about your store out loud. Max answers on screen and by voice, and it never changes anything in your store. See How to Use Ask Max.
  6. Pay by Invoice, now for US stores too (live September 23, 2026). The feature that used to be called Payment Link via Email is now Pay by Invoice, and US stores can use it as well as Philippine stores. Customers order first, and you then email them a link to pay. See How to Set Up Pay by Invoice.
  7. USPS shipping for US stores (live September 18, 2026). Connect your own USPS Business Account to show live USPS rates at checkout and buy shipping labels from the order. See How to Set Up USPS Shipping.
  8. A "What's next?" list after store setup (live September 17, 2026). When Max AI finishes setting up your store, the Congratulations! screen suggests three next steps: choosing a plan, adding pages and adding products. See How to Set Up Your Store with Max AI.
  9. A new side cart in your online store (live September 16, 2026). When a shopper adds a product, the cart slides in from the right (from the bottom on phones). Shoppers can change quantities, add a gift note and check out without leaving the page. See How Customers Check Out from the Side Cart.
  10. Easier menu and footer links (live September 16, 2026). In the Max AI menu and footer editor, the links panel lists every link, including your footer's link groups. A new menu link has its destination filled in for you. See How to Set Up Your Store Menu and Footer.
  11. Resize elements in the Visual Editor (live September 11–14, 2026). Drag the handles on a selected element to resize it. You can also select videos on the page and change the Width of containers, columns and buttons. See How to Edit a Page in the Visual Editor.
  12. Tracking codes for a single page and for order confirmations (live September 10, 2026). Add Head and Footer code to one page from Quick Edit. Add conversion code to Order Confirmation in Scripts & Analytics so it runs only after a customer places an order. See How to Manage Your Pages and How to Add Tracking Codes and Analytics.
  13. Turn customer accounts on or off (live September 10, 2026). The Customer Accounts switch in Store Settings decides whether shoppers can create an account and log in to your online store. See How to Set Up Customer Accounts and Guest Checkout.
  14. Withdrawal codes you can also get by email (live September 9, 2026). When you confirm a withdrawal, the window now says where your verification code was sent. If a text message doesn't arrive, click Didn't receive the SMS? Email me the code instead. See How to Withdraw Your Balance.
  15. Colors and styles in one place (live September 9, 2026). Your store's colors, fonts and button style moved to AI Studio → Colors & Styles, so the same settings style both your store pages and the pages Max AI builds. See How to Customize Your Store's Design.
  16. Better website traffic and cookie notice (live September 8, 2026). Traffic by Source on your Dashboard now shows Google, YouTube and Direct, with tooltips that explain how visits are counted. Your cookie notice now has a Decline button, and you can show it as a Side Panel on the left or right. See How to Read Your Dashboard and How to Set Up Your Cookie Policy.
  17. Blog posts with the Max AI Blog Writer (live September 7, 2026; old wizard removed September 25, 2026). Generate with AI in Blogs opens the Max AI Blog Writer, which drafts the post, image and SEO tags for you. The older Blog AI Wizard was removed. See How to Write Blog Posts.
  18. Working contact forms on Max AI pages (live September 4, 2026). Contact forms on pages built with Max AI now send each submission to your Contacts, and the visitor sees a confirmation. You set up the form's fields and thank-you message in Form Settings in the Visual Editor. See How to Edit a Page in the Visual Editor and How to Manage Your Contacts.
  19. Keep building after you save (live September 2, 2026). The Max AI page builder stays open after Save Draft or Publish, so you can keep editing. See How to Build Pages with Max AI.
